On multiple occasions, power companies have expressed they realized 10-20% productivity gains by using our services. Catering Cajun protects your financial resources by offering daily rates after the first week, and we act as your advocate by effectively managing vendor costs – especially in the area of transportation. Catering Cajun had multiple turnkey logistic staging sites in Louisiana and Texas due to Hurricanes Gustav and Ike. In addition to these disasters, Catering Cajun operated full turnkey staging sites in Kentucky during the ice storms as well as in Georgia and Tennessee after tornadoes devastated the areas. Catering Cajun supports an asset based model to better serve our customers. Not only do we own the equipment to feed 15,000 restoration workers, we are currently building sleep trailers to house 3,000 people. Our trailers sleep 10 – 12 people, can be pulled with a pickup truck and are fully operational in 10 minutes. The mobility and flexibility of these trailers allow you to easily accommodate immediate storm response, management, damage assessment teams, and women. Our pricing model allows YOU to determine the price per person for your camp by selecting the items YOU need. Please review our attached a la carte service model for a 1,000 person camp and know that Catering Cajun is prepared to scale our services to provide any range of catering or logistic support for hurricanes, tornadoes and ice storms. Catering Cajun will not charge a management fee for any meals provided.
