Catering Cajun 2009 - 2010 Storm Restoration Catering Pricing On-Site Kitchen for sites of 500 and less -$12,500/day (labor) + food costs -Seven day guarantee -Standby $10,000 (Phone call putting us on alert, 24 hour response, load and stage food trucks) -Transportation $5,000 (Equipment deployed from home base) -Transportation $5,000 (Equipment returned to home base) -Food costs include any food or related food preparation items ordered. You will direct us how to distribute any unused food at the completion of the job. -The labor fee covers all incidentals, labor, etc. There will be no additional charges. On-Site Kitchen for sites of greater than 500 -$25.00 per person/day (labor) + food costs -Seven day guarantee -Standby $10,000 (Phone call putting us on alert, 24 hour response, load and stage food trucks) -Transportation $5,000 (Equipment deployed from home base) -Transportation $5,000 (Equipment returned to home base) Satellite Food Service for sites of less than 300 -$7,500/day (labor) + food costs -No guarantee required -$1,000 per day shuttle fee Satellite Food Service for sites of greater than 300 -$25.00 per person/day (labor) + food costs -No guarantee required -$1,000 per day shuttle fee **Note** Under all pricing scenarios, you will be responsible for paying for any unused food that was ordered with your approval. Example - Catering Cajun orders 5 days of food for a staging area with your approval (Site Manager). After 2 days, you close the site. You would be responsible for paying for all of the unused food and any potential delivery charges. Catering Cajun will distribute the food as requested by your Site Manager.
